It has always been clear to me that I do not only define myself through my professional successes and my work. Rather, it is my family that has formed the solid foundation for my happiness and emotional stability since my childhood. The inexhaustible strength I draw from being with my children and the joy of every minute I get to spend with them are immeasurable gifts of life for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My wife, the heart of our family and the love of my life, is both my harshest critic and my greatest motivator. Without her unwavering support and her ability to fill the lonely hours as a top manager with love and affection, I would never have made it to the Managing Board of Siemens Medical Technology. I consider it a luxury to be able to spend time with my family. This also means putting work appointments on hold to help my son find a missing Lego brick or to carry my daughter on my shoulders. Being a father is the greatest gift life has given me and I savour every second I get to spend with my wife and our two children. Because while professional opportunities come up again and again, our children's childhood is a one-off, fleeting event.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

A special career<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Urspr\u00fcnglich komme ich aus dem Iran. Mit 10 Jahren bin ich mit meinen weltoffenen und mutigen Eltern nach Deutschland ausgewandert. Mit 27 Jahren wurde ich Servicemanager bei Mercedes-Benz. Mit 32 Jahren geh\u00f6rte ich zum oberen F\u00fchrungskreis der Siemens AG. Mit 39 Jahren wurde ich Anteilseigner und Vorstandsmitglied der Siemens Audiologische Technik, die einen Umsatz von knapp 2,4 Milliarden Euro erwirtschaftete. Mit 42 Jahren habe ich mich finanziell unabh\u00e4ngig gemacht und mir zum Ziel gesetzt, mit meinem Wissen Unternehmen zu helfen. Heute verantworte ich als Vorstandsvorsitzender der infoteam Software AG die strategische Weiterentwicklung eines etablierten IT-Unternehmens. Mein Beruf war f\u00fcr mich nie eine Last, sondern immer eine Chance, zu lernen und zu wachsen.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
