After 25 years in corporate management - most recently as a board member at Siemens Audiology - I started as a keynote speaker in 2009. What started out as individual presentations for industry colleagues became my vocation: communicating complex management topics in a way that makes them relevant to everyday life. Today, I speak to DAX board members, SMEs and international teams - from Frankfurt to Tokyo. In 2023, I was honoured as Top Speaker of the Year. What drives me is not the applause, but the conversations afterwards: when managers tell me what they have changed.

The fee depends on the duration, preparation effort and travelling time. After a brief discussion, you will receive a customised offer - transparent and without hidden costs.
How long does a keynote last?
Typically 45-60 minutes. On request, also available as a 90-minute impulse with interactive elements or as a half-day workshop with more in-depth sessions.
Do you also speak English?
Yes, I give about a third of my keynotes in English - for Siemens in Japan, international teams at Kuraray and events in Dubai and Singapore, among others.
