My role beyond professional success
It has always been clear to me that I do not only define myself through my professional successes and my work. Rather, it is my family that has formed the solid foundation for my happiness and emotional stability since my childhood. The inexhaustible strength I draw from being with my children and the joy of every minute I get to spend with them are immeasurable gifts of life for me.
My wife, the heart of our family and the love of my life, is both my harshest critic and my greatest motivation. Without her unwavering support and her ability to fill the lonely hours of a top manager with love and affection, I would never have made it to the board of WS Audiology (formerly Siemens Audiology). I consider it a luxury to be able to spend time with my family. This also means postponing work appointments to help my son find a missing Lego brick or to carry my daughter on my shoulders. Being a father is the greatest gift life has given me, and I cherish every second I can spend with my wife and our two children. Because while professional opportunities arise again and again, our children's childhood is a unique, fleeting experience.

A special career
I originally come from Iran. At the age of 10, I emigrated to Germany with my open-minded and courageous parents. At 27, I became a service manager at debis Systemhaus, the IT service provider for the Daimler Group. At 32, I was part of the senior management team at Siemens AG. Later, I became a shareholder and board member of WS Audiology (formerly Siemens Audiology), which generated revenues of over €2 billion. At 42, I became financially independent and set myself the goal of using my knowledge to help companies. Today, as Group CEO and Chairman of the Board of infoteam Software AG, I am responsible for the strategic development of an established IT company. My work has never been a burden for me, but always an opportunity to learn and grow.

I specialize in building and growing internationally oriented organizations, as well as their consolidation and restructuring. As a serial entrepreneur, I have extensive experience in building and developing startups, with responsibility in sales, marketing, IT, and infrastructure. As Group CEO & Chairman of the Board of infoteam Software AG and a former member of the Executive Board of WS Audiology (formerly Siemens Audiology), I am a recognized expert and keynote speaker in the areas of leadership, transformation, digitalization, and disruptive technologies. Furthermore, I have extensive intercultural experience in various countries.

Respect is a core value in my life that is culturally deeply rooted in my beliefs. It is reflected in the way I treat other people, whether professionally or privately. For me, respect means recognising the uniqueness of each person, valuing different perspectives and treating everyone with openness and understanding. It's about listening before you speak and maintaining empathy and patience in every situation. Respect is the basis for trusting relationships and is essential for successful collaboration. It requires me to always see and encourage the best in others, in the hope of creating a climate of trust and positive energy in which growth and development can flourish.

I see it as my duty to act sustainably in everything I do. This means always taking ecological, social and economic aspects into account in order to ensure the well-being of future generations.
