My role beyond professional success
It has always been clear to me that I do not only define myself through my professional successes and my work. Rather, it is my family that has formed the solid foundation for my happiness and emotional stability since my childhood. The inexhaustible strength I draw from being with my children and the joy of every minute I get to spend with them are immeasurable gifts of life for me.
My wife, the heart of our family and the love of my life, is both my harshest critic and my greatest motivator. Without her unwavering support and her ability to fill the lonely hours as a top manager with love and affection, I would never have made it to the Managing Board of Siemens Medical Technology. I consider it a luxury to be able to spend time with my family. This also means putting work appointments on hold to help my son find a missing Lego brick or to carry my daughter on my shoulders. Being a father is the greatest gift life has given me and I savour every second I get to spend with my wife and our two children. Because while professional opportunities come up again and again, our children's childhood is a one-off, fleeting event.
Simply human
A special career
I originally come from Iran. At the age of 10, I emigrated to Germany with my cosmopolitan and courageous parents. At the age of 27, I became a service manager at Mercedes-Benz. At the age of 32, I was a member of the senior management team at Siemens AG. At the age of 39, I became a shareholder and board member of Siemens Audiologische Technik, which had a turnover of almost 2.4 billion euros. At the age of 42, I finally became financially independent and set myself the goal of using my knowledge to help companies. My job has never been a burden for me, but always an opportunity to learn and grow.

I have more than 28 years of management experience in various industries such as medical technology, IT, telecommunications, automotive, logistics and production. I specialise in the development and growth of internationally oriented organisations as well as their consolidation and restructuring. As a serial entrepreneur, I have extensive knowledge of setting up and developing start-ups with responsibility in the areas of sales, marketing, IT and infrastructure. As a former board member, I am a recognised expert and keynote speaker in the areas of leadership, transformation, digitalisation and disruptive technologies. In addition, I have extensive intercultural experience in various countries.

Respect is a core value in my life that is culturally deeply rooted in my beliefs. It is reflected in the way I treat other people, whether professionally or privately. For me, respect means recognising the uniqueness of each person, valuing different perspectives and treating everyone with openness and understanding. It's about listening before you speak and maintaining empathy and patience in every situation. Respect is the basis for trusting relationships and is essential for successful collaboration. It requires me to always see and encourage the best in others, in the hope of creating a climate of trust and positive energy in which growth and development can flourish.
Sustainability
I see it as my duty to act sustainably in everything I do. This means always taking ecological, social and economic aspects into account in order to ensure the well-being of future generations.

As a board member of Siemens Audiology, my goal was to assemble a team of the best coaches who not only have extensive theoretical knowledge, but also significant practical experience. Our coaches each bring more than 25 years of experience in leadership positions and more than 28 years of coaching experience and have an impressive track record of more than 15,000 coaching sessions. This underlines the quality and expertise of our institute. With 35 highly qualified coaches, we offer customised strategies that are precisely tailored to the needs of executives and position us as a leading institute for executive coaching. Our unique combination of years of leadership experience and advanced coaching techniques enables us to make a significant difference in today's complex business world and effectively transform our clients.
