What's included in a booking

A Preliminary discussion, in which I listen instead of presenting.

Several hours of research in your industry, your reports, your topics.

A keynote address that so there is only one – built for your audience.

45 to 90 minutes on stage, with participation instead of a frontal presentation.

By request Handouts and follow-up material for your managers.

One contact person: I. No agency involved.

This is how a booking works

First: You write to me. You can contact me via the form, by email at anfrage@speaker-keynote.de, or directly by phone. You will receive a response within 24 hours – even if I have to cancel.

Second: 15 minutes on the phone. Free and without obligation. In this meeting, we'll clarify what your event is really about and whether I'm the right person for it.

Thirdly: offer and commitment. You will receive a quote including fees, travel expenses, and scope of services. No hidden costs will appear later.

Fourth: Preparation. I'll speak with two or three managers from your company and familiarize myself with the topic. These conversations will determine whether the presentation is specific or remains general.

You will have a single point of contact throughout the entire process. There is no agency between you and me.

You will receive a response within 24 hours – even in the case of a rejection.

How much a keynote costs

Between 5,000 and 9,000 euros, Depending on duration, preparation effort, and travel arrangements. Travel expenses are added based on actual costs and are included in the offer.

I'm calling the price range open-ended because I know how things work in companies: you have to justify a budget internally before you're even allowed to request a quote. A website that doesn't disclose its price will cost you a week.

Incidentally, what determines the price is rarely the time spent on stage. It is the effort beforehand – Discussions, research, and adapting the presentation to your audience.

What determines the price is rarely the stage time. It's the preparation.

What I need for preparation

The more precise the briefing, the less general the presentation. Five things are enough for me:

  • Occasion and setting – Management meeting, kick-off, strategy day? How many people, which level?
  • What happened before and after – I don't want to criticize the lunch or the CFO's presentation of the figures.
  • The question that's currently on the minds of your managers – even if it's uncomfortable. Especially then.
  • Two to three conversation partners From your home, 20 minutes per call.
  • What you absolutely don't want to hear – that saves us both time.

What I don't need: a finished concept from you. That's my part.

The more precise the briefing, the less general the presentation.

Formats, duration and language

45 to 60 minutes These are the norm. A 90-minute presentation with audience participation or a half-day workshop for management afterwards is available upon request.

I give about a third of my lectures in English. – including for Siemens in Japan, for international teams at Kuraray and at events in Dubai and Singapore.

Typical occasions: management meetings, strategy and annual kick-off events, management conferences, specialist conferences and change processes after mergers or reorganizations.

When I cancel

Not every request ends with a confirmation, and that's not a bad sign. I'll decline if I'm not the right person.

  • If the topic isn't mine. I'm talking about leadership, responsibility, decisions, change, and AI in everyday leadership. Not about sales techniques, not about motivation as an end in itself.
  • If the lecture is only meant to be one item on the program. If nobody in the house has an interest in things changing afterwards, the money is better invested elsewhere.
  • If the expectations don't match 45 minutes. A keynote address can set a direction. It does not replace organizational development.

In these cases, I will tell you this in the preliminary discussion – and usually who might be a good alternative.

„"The presentation was simply authentic, very clear, and impressive." – Maria Serova, Event Manager, Siemens
